| Injection hose |
The fabric compression hose is used as joint filling material for sealing construction joints in watertight designs in concrete construction, such as e.g. "white bathtubs", for pressing and also non-pressing water. Examples of this application are concreting runs and also special construction processes such as building structures with a geometrically complicated construction joint shape and a high degree of movement.

Laying or Compressing Instructions:
-
Max. laying unit: 10 m
-
Lay in the centre of the component as far as possible
-
Concrete covering > 5 cm
-
Fix the injection hose securely in the contruction joint (using clamps every 15 cm), because it must rest over the whole surface of the construction joint
-
Successive laying units must overlap
-
Mask the injection hose at the crossing points with filament strip in order to prevent them pressing against each other
-
Protect hose ends with a stopper, packer or similar to prevent contamination during concreting
-
The position of the hose ends or packers should be easily accessible and be flush with the top (make a note on the drawing)
-
Compress as late as possible (as a rule after completion tf the shinkage process)
